The Tall Ships Canada Youth Crew (youth council) is a group of youth aged 16-29 made up of current crew and alumni of tall ship programs from across Canada. As youth who have experienced the benefits of sail training first-hand, we are dedicated to the development and promotion of sail training in the country. We work with Tall ShipsCAN to ensure that youth have a say in the future of Canadian sail training!

Our Objective
- To be a voice for youth engaged in tall ship sailing in Canada and those who are interested in joining.
- To provide resources for Canadian youth in sail training, whether they are interested in sailing for the first time, looking to further their maritime careers, or anything in between.
- To connect and engage young tall ship sailors from across the country.
